What does a Reviewer Do?
Reviewers are the heartbeat of our event, offering their wisdom and great taste to our audience. After the initial introduction (during which they might be invited to talk about their area of expertise) and any presentations, we split into smaller groups, where our reviewers are in charge of providing feedback.
Feedback does not necessarily have to be 1-on-1, and other participants are invited to get involved. However, the reviewer is there to make sure each person receives quality feedback in a timely manner. They are also able to provide context to the feedback, and the perspective of an experienced professional.
To be a reviewer, you don't have to be an Art Director or manager at a large agency—we simply look for people who have an understanding of their craft and are able and willing to provide quality feedback. So, if you're interested in participating, don't be shy!
